    Yes, try craigslist.com, look for your state or city or even nearest big city.

    craigslist.org is the new eBay, but there are no listing fees (except for job postings) it’s a wonderful thing. if you don’t find your ramp, maybe you can find a boyfriend on there to help you lift your scooter into your van. ;-)
